Duties and responsibilities
As part of the Legal team, the Legal Advisor shares responsibility with the other members of the team for the business aspects of Fund Channel SA and for the regulatory and legislative monitoring applicable to the activities of both entities.

Business aspects of Fund Channel SA:

* In charge of drafting and negotiating agreements with asset managers and distributor clients (agreements, amendments, notifications, etc.), which involves analyzing the legal and organizational specifics of the counterparties, drafting contractual documents in compliance with Amundi Group standards and applicable local regulations.

Monitoring regulations and adapting the legal framework:

* Ongoing study and analysis of legislation, regulations and case law
* Identify and understand market practices
* Participate in drafting responses to requests from various internal departments
* Helping to adapt agreements to changes in legislation and regulations
* Contributing to the development and updating of a regulatory database and the distribution of educational information notes to employees

Profile

* Education: Higher education in Business Law
* Experience: ideally 2 years' experience as a lawyer in the field of UCITS, with expertise in contractual negotiation.
* Languages: fluent French and English
* Knowledge: general knowledge of UCITS and distribution
* IT: proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
* Be organized
* Have a sense of priorities and be rigorous

* Good listening and interpersonal skills
* Excellent writing skills
* Discretion and persuasiveness
