Our client is a well-established multi-family office in Switzerland and other international financial places.
Integrating the Portfolio Management department;
Working with the Partner in charge on client relationships;
Managing discretionary client portfolios involving different risk profiles, currencies and multiple asset classes;
Responding to specific client demands;
Preparing bespoke documents for clients (including market reviews and performance attribution analysis);
Interacting with custodians to negotiate client specific needs (loans, etc);
Attending client meetings to do portfolio reviews;
Attending and participating in portfolio management meetings;
Following onboarding and KYC issues together with Legal department;
Ability to develop a book of client a plus;
Link with other international departments and offices;
Participation in the day-to-day in the office.
Portfolio Management & Client Services
Multi-family office
Superior academic background or equivalent;
English and French required, other languages a plus;
Minimum two years of experience in wealth management industry in a similar role;
Knowledge of private investments a plus;
Able to work independently by taking initiatives and also being a fair team player;
Enjoy working in a small and demanding environment;
Strong organization skills, multi-tasking capacity and ability to work under pressure;
Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail;
Dynamic and flexible;
Excellent presentation;
High level of confidentiality;
Good command of usual MS Office applications;
Command on Bloomberg tools;
Swiss residence.
