Our client is an international organization located in Geneva.

Reporting to the Senior Grants Manager, the primary responsibility of this Interim Grants Manager is to support the management of a portfolio of grants, which includes grant administration, financial reporting, grant compliance, and grant close-out. This includes:

Focal point for all financial matters for the assigned grants and ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements
Responsible for overall grant administration and implementation in accordance with the grant agreement and organizational policies and processes
Manage financial and budget plans including budget creation and revision, monitoring and tracking and record-keeping with regard to budgets and propose corrective actions where necessary
Ensure adequate financial documentation to comply with all donor and organizational policies and procedures for the grant(s)
Work with Finance Controlling Team to ensure internal controls are complied with and suggest improvements as appropriate

The Interim Grants Manager should
ing the following background and experience :

At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting (IFRS, IPSAS) and similar experience in grant financial management, project/grant control
Experience working in a non-profit environment
Planning & Organizing skills : efficient use of time, prioritization of tasks & optimal allocation of resources
Accountability: taking ownership of all responsibilities and honouring commitments, delivering outputs within the prescribed time, cost, and to quality standards
Fluent in English, French would be a plus
