Your Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of various handyman tasks, including small relocations, mail management, equipment maintenance, minor repairs, consumable stock management, order processing, and BMS supervision.
Coordinate and monitor external service providers (cleaning, technical support, etc.) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external clients, including subtenants, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
Support the General Services Manager in Zurich with tasks related to premises management, real estate, physical security, access control, vault operations, and liaising with authorities.
Play a proactive role in enforcing safety and security regulations, contributing to a secure environment, and participating in the security call list.
Collaborate on real estate projects that shape the future of our bank?s infrastructure.
