Our client is an internationally active tech company in the financial services sector. We are looking for a seasoned program manager with a strong track record in cloud transformation programs to support the CTO and team in a succesful program set-up and delivery. Start ASAP - min. 9M mission.

>Lead and structure the PMO for a multi-phase cloud transformation program
<
><
>Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and executive stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business and IT objectives
<
><
>Coordinate the program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies across cross-functional streams
<
><
>Drive governance, reporting, and risk management across all transformation initiatives
<
><
>Establish a scalable delivery model, addressing current bottlenecks and preparing for future phases of acceleration
<
><
>Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams
<
><
>Manage external vendors and ensure delivery consistency and transparency
<
><
>Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and delivery excellence
<
><
>
Interesting role as program manager for a strategic key initiative
Challenging role, working with the CTO ensuring the program success
<

>8+ years' experience in program management, ideally in large-scale IT transformation or cloud adoption programs
<

>Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and understanding of migration/transformation challenges
<
><
>Strong PMO and governance experience, ideally in fast-scaling or multinational environments
<
><
>Proven ability to navigate senior stakeholder environments and influence at C-level
<
><
>Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams, and in managing interdependencies
<
><
>Fluency in English is mandatory; German or Italian is an advantage
<
><
>Certifications such as PMI, SAFe, Prince2, or equivalent are considered a plus
<

>
