We are currently supporting an international FMCG client in their search for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Opfikon. This is a temporary position for 9 to 12 months, with an immediate start preferred (or within one month at the latest). Only candidates who are open to temporary contracts and available on short notice will be considered.
Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes
Apply and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal guidelines
Work with SAP S/4HANA for invoice processing, payments, and reporting
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice or payment issues
Support the finance team in month-end closing activities and process improvements

Global FMCG company in Kanton Zurich
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payables processes
+2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, ideally also involved in implementation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
