>Lead and support the local accounting team, ensuring clarity in responsibilities, timely resolution of issues, and a strong performance culture.

>Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
<
><
> Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and group-wide standards.
<
><
>Collaborate closely with Finance Shared Services and external BPO providers to maintain smooth operational workflows.
<
><
> Review and approve supplier payments, and support treasury activities through timely transaction reporting.
International environment
Team leadership and responsibility
<
><
>Several years of experience in Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Exposure to the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
<
><
>Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP requirements.
<
><
>Solid knowledge of financial processes such as PTP, OTC, and RTR.
