Our client is a global healthcare company focused on developing advanced diagnostic solutions to improve early disease detection and patient outcomes.
Act as a finance business partner for selected countries and functions
Support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
Drive cost control initiatives and identify savings opportunities
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and business insights
Contribute to annual planning and quarterly forecasts
with business cases and portfolio evaluations
Improve reporting tools, models, and automation
Collaborate on system implementations and testing
Track financial KPIs, including revenue, costs, and FX impacts
Partner with accounting for monthly and quarterly closes
Help strengthen financial understanding across teams
Work closely with international and global finance teams
International environment
Partner with various leaders accross the globe
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
7+ years of progressive financial-related experience demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively with operational or support functions.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills and problem-solving abilities.
SAP ERP system experience.
Eager to develop business and industry acumen to build a financial business partnership culture across the organization.
Fluent English written and spoken. Another European language will be a strong plus.
