A trust company based in Geneva, offering bespoke fiduciary services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:<

>Administer a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and underlying companies
<
><
>Liaise with clients, lawyers, tax advisors, banks, and other third parties
<
><
>Draft minutes, trustee resolutions, and other trust documentation
<
><
>Process payments, maintain records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping
<
><
>Monitor compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
<
><
>Support onboarding of new structures and periodic reviews (KYC/AML)
<
><
>Assist with annual reviews, tax reporting, and audit requests
You have 3 years experience in a Trust
You speak fluently English
Profile:<
>
<
><
>Minimum 3 years of experience in trust administration in Switzerland or a comparable jurisdiction
<
><
>Solid understanding of trust and company structures, including regulatory and tax aspects
<
><
>Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an asset
<
><
>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
<
><
>Team-oriented with a client-centric mindset
<
><
>STEP qualification or in progress is a plus
