The role

You will help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, as well as offer logistical support to the running of the office. If you're computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users as well as team mates, we'd like to meet you.
You will be responsible for ensuring you provide quality interactions with our customers via email and telephone conversations, normally inbound, but there will be an expectation of some proactive contact with customers to discuss and resolves issues which may occur, as well as maintaining the relationships.

Responsibilities

? Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
? Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals
? Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
? Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
? Conduct remote troubleshooting
? Customise desktop applications to meet user needs
? Record technical issues and solutions in logs
? Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
? Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
? Report customer feedback and potential product requests


Salary
· £16-£20k DOE
