Advise CEOs and senior partners, particularly those in hedge fund businesses, on Swiss tax matters and succession planning.
Work closely with Geneva tax authorities and manage complex tax issues for private clients.
Liaise with international legal advisors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth management of cross-border family office matters.
Provide tailored tax and succession advice, ensuring clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Assist in managing tax compliance, filing requirements, and strategic planning.
Handle UK Tax matters and coordinate with UK-based advisors as needed.
Support the formation of family offices, the creation and management of foundations, and offer governance advice.


Work with high-net-worth clients and hedge fund executives.

Must hold a Swiss Bar qualification.
Approximately 8+ years of post-qualification experience in tax law.
Experience in a top-tier law firm's tax department or within a private bank.
Strong knowledge of Swiss tax law and succession laws, and experience dealing with Geneva tax authorities.
Previous experience advising high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Exposure to international tax law, especially in cross-border matters, is highly valued.
Proficiency in English, with knowledge of French or German being a plus.
