Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Scor SE annual operating planning and landing
2. Scor SE DTA recovery test projections where needed with a focus on Paris Head Office
3. Scor SE quarterly financial analytics
- Perform the quarterly financial analysis for IFRS and French GAAP P&L B/S, including detail variance analysis (actual vs plan) and the underlying business/technical drivers
1. Develop and enhance the entity planning and analysis tool.
2. Produce ad hoc analysis on project impacting Scor SE
Be an effective leader: decision support as needed, proper communication of risks and issues, ensure that a high-quality work environment is fostered
Required experience & competencies
Experience:
* At least 7 years of relevant working experiences in fields related to insurance/reinsurance preferably with at least 3 years in actuarial, data analysis or insurance audit
* Very strong Actuarial and IFRS knowledge, with insurance context
* Solid data management skills
* Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data, and develop recommendations and action plan
* Excellent Excel skills, preferably VBA, macros usage
Personal Competencies:
* Rigorous, Flexible, well organized and proactive with ability to prioritize, you shall have strong capabilities to adapt yourself to a challenging and demanding environment
* Autonomous, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and constructive
* Strong ability to effectively engage and support senior stakeholders, considerate of stakeholder interests and culture differences.
* A strong multi-tasker and preferably have good project management experiences
* Self-motivated and reliable individual
Digital Competencies:
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Required Education
Master's Degree in Accountancy, Actuary or Finance minimum, or a candidate with an equivalent level of relevant experience
