As a Senior Investment Advisor, you will:<

>Supervise and support two Investment Advisors in their daily activities;

>Ensure the consistent promotion of the bank's investment solutions and advisory offering;
<

>Push the adoption of products and strategies aligned with the bank's investment views;
<
><
>Monitor client portfolios for suitability, performance, and alignment with stated objectives;
<
><
>Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to provide tailored investment proposals;
<
><
>Support the development and promotion of discretionary mandates (DPM);
<
><
>Participate in client meetings to provide investment insight and technical expertise;
<
><
>Liaise with internal teams (Product Management, DPM, Compliance, etc.);
<
><
>Stay informed on market developments, regulations, and product innovations;
<
><
>Help prepare marketing and reporting material in line with client and internal needs.
You will play a key role in the client relationship
You will be part of a human-sized team
<
><
>Master's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;
<
><
>At least 10-15 years of experience in investment advisory, asset management, or private banking;
<
><
>Strong understanding of both advisory and discretionary portfolio management (DPM);
<
><
>Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities;
<
><
>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
<
><
>Client-centric with a proven ability to generate value and deepen client relationships;
<
><
>Fluency in French and English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus;
<
><
>CAIA or CFA certification is considered a strong asset.
