>Provide technical guidance to developers throughout the software lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal standards, with proper documentation.

>Optimize and fine-tune systems such as logging frameworks, ETL processes, API management platforms, and NoSQL databases.

>Analyze application performance and sizing requirements, identifying areas for optimization.

>Perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents and prevent recurrence.

>Degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent education.

>Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in a DevSecOps role.

>Previous development background, ideally with Microsoft .NET, plus exposure to at least one of the following: Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, or an API management solution.

>Ability to approach IT ecosystems with a

>Practical, problem-solving attitude with strong hands-on skills.
