Retail Operations Analytics (50%)

Deliver insights and analysis for Retail Review Governance and seasonal market trends.
Support EMEA retail operations: costing, business case development, back-office implementation, system configuration, and User Acceptance Testing.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and calendar planning with the Business Analytics Manager.
Contribute to the rollout of new tools and initiatives to boost retail sales (e.g., pre-sale modules).

>Go-to-Market Support (20%)

Prepare content for Commercial teams.
Help implement retail activation events (e.g., open doors, contests) to energize the dealer network.

>Retail Financing & Extended Warranty (30%)

Drive improvements and standardization in the European retail financing ecosystem.
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure visibility of financing offers.
Support subsidized financing programs: costing, bank discussions, business cases, approvals, system setup, and User Acceptance Testing.


2-5 years of experience in BA, business intelligence, commercial and Marketing

English, Excel, PPT, Lausanne

Education & Experience

2-5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, commercial or marketing roles in an international environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Fluent in English is a must (Written and Spoken); other European languages are a plus.

Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus
Ability to present data clearly and analytically, synthesize information, and explain insights to C-level stakeholders.
Skilled at transforming data into actionable business recommendations.
