For our client, a Family Office and also a Wealth Manager, we are currently looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant.

Documentation & Compliance:<

>Assist in gathering and checking KYC/AML documents.
<

>Help prepare files for periodic reviews (client due diligence, annual reviews).
<
><
>Support tracking of regulatory deadlines and ensure follow-up on FATCA/CRS or other compliance obligations.

>Organization & Coordination:
<
><
>Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Family Office team, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of internal processes.
<
><
>Act as a point of contact with external banking institutions for administrative follow-up, document transmission, and account-related coordination.
<
><
>Assist with invoicing and expense tracking, including preparation of payment instructions, reconciliation of invoices, and communication with service providers.
<
><
>Support Relationship Managers and their assistants in routine client operations, such as preparing documentation, following up on transactions, and maintaining client files.
<
><
>Prepare, print, scan, and file client-related documents (KYC, contracts, mandates, correspondence, etc.).
<
><
>Ensure proper physical and electronic archiving in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
<
><
>Follow up on document signatures and coordinate circulation among internal and external stakeholders (compliance, management, banks).
<
><
>Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and administrative tools as required.


On-site presence required either mornings or afternoons

>Education & Experience:
<
><
>Commercial diploma (CFC or equivalent).
<
><
>Initial experience in an administrative support role within a financial, wealth management, or family office environment.
<
><
>Familiarity with banking or regulatory documentation is a plus.

>Skills & Competencies:

>Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
<
><
>Absolute discretion and respect for confidentiality.
<
><
>Comfortable using standard office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).
<

>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.

>Languages:

>Fluent in French

>Proficient in English (spoken and written).

>50% part-time contract with on-site presence required either in the mornings or the afternoons, depending on team needs and availability.
