Structured Finance (SFI) is one of the leading divisions of Crédit Agricole CIB.
The businesses of structured finance include originating, advising, structuring and financing investment transactions in France and further afield, which are often backed by tangible collateral such as aircraft, ships, corporate real estate)
Structured Finance (SFI) has the following main missions:
¤ originating and structuring complex financing mainly based on actual sureties, 
¤ providing advisory services in financing strategy and structuring,  
¤ ensuring the coverage on a worldwide basis of the following sectors, under the coordination of GCO:
 Aviation & Rail,  Infrastructures,  Oil & Gas,  Real Estate & Lodging,  Shipping,
 Telecom, Media & Technology,  Utilities & Power, or complex and structured loans
Your main missions will be:
-           Analyze project finance transactions within the Energy, Natural Resources, and Infrastructure space providing transactional support to senior bankers
-           Develop and review complex financial models for lenders and sponsors (applicant will need to pass a financial modeling test)
-           Review legal documentation, engineering reports, power purchase agreements and project related contracts to facilitate the due diligence process
-           Support the team in the management of its portfolio
-           Coordinate with other departments of Credit Agricole such as derivatives, capital markets, etc.
to obtain information and coordinate efforts
-           Participate in documentation and structuring discussions with sponsors, investors, lenders and respective counsel
