You will join Crédit Agricole CIB New York and especially Global Investment Banking (GIB)
GIB aims at advising large clients of the Bank for their strategic financial issues as well as structuring and executing specialised financial transactions.
GIB is comprised of the activities of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Equity Capital Markets (ECM), specialised sectorial teams (Global Sectors Group) and a Legal and Financial Engineering (LFE) team. 
Your main missions will include :
The Team works with regional and international clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts.
As an analyst in the New York Team, you will work on a variety of transactions and take on significant responsibilities.
You will have the opportunity to become involved with a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the Team’s day to day activity.
- Carrying out company valuation and financial analysis
- Conducting strategic analysis / industry research
- Building company profiles
- Drafting memoranda, proposals, and other written documents
You will be working on a daily basis with our Sector teams located in Paris, and with our coverage teams across the U.S., Europe and South America.
