Our client is a prominent organization in the financial services sector, known for its structured approach and professional environment.


Coordinate new share class launches/terminations with internal teams and external providers;
Maintain up-to-date product and share class information across systems;
Be the primary point of contact for data vendors and manage operational relationships;
Respond to RFP requests;
Oversee data accuracy on external vendor platforms through audits and regular oversight;
Manage production and distribution of relevant documents, considering regulatory requirements;
Instruct and oversee share class registrations across jurisdictions.
Draft, coordinate, and distribute investor notifications;
Design and deliver professional sales and investor activity reports for internal teams, management, and fund boards.
Ensure consistency of data across reports and respond to queries with clear analysis.
Develop and maintain investor forms and ensure
and consistency across all outputs;
Monitor quality of service from external providers;
Identify gaps in processes, recommend improvements, and update procedures.

A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Fluent in English;
