Nice private bank.- Define and follow-up on the overall IT project schedule(s) that capture cross functional involvements and determine the best course of action- Define and clarify the project(s) budgets. Track and manage project expenditures- Ensuring on-time delivery, cost within budget, scope risks change control and communication for the whole IT project- Providing guidance for coordinators/business analysts assigned to the program from other IT departments and ensure good practices are employed during the project lifecycle- Identify key risks and issues and define mitigation scenarios- Analyzing business scenarios/cases with focus on MiFID initiatives- Liaise with the business to provide guidance from an IT Point of view in relation with GDPR- Perform a timely reporting to IT management / Business- Prepare, and lead IT coordination meeting (IT Project Committee, IT Steering Committee) ; provide input for business meetings from an IT point of view- Understand the business need in relevance to various compliance subjects- Prepare and create detail specifications for the needed adaptation of the processes and involved systemsOpportunity to work for a nice private bank.Excellent opportunity to lead a project related to data protection (GDPR).- University degree (IT, engineering)- Minimum 10 years experience in similar IT project management assignment- Knowledge on compliance topics applying to the private banking sector (EU data protection regulation, MiFID II)- Communication abilities and ease in organizing coordination meeting with diverse stakeholders (developers, business, management)- Languages: English and French (Fluent)Interesting package
