Manage an existing team of bankers across multiple locations
Work closely with the CEO on the growth strategy of the bank
Attract further bankers to grow the business
Attracting your own clients is a plus however leadership is most important
Expand the overall current client and asset base
Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
Active member of the executive management
Great career opportunity
Lead and further grow an existing team
Proven leadership skills with several year of experience
Experience as a Team Head, Market Head or Head of Private Banking
Direct client experience is a plus
Directly attracting clients a plus
Truly entrepreneurial spirit
Ideally you have experience in small to mid-sized institutions
Extensive experience in Swiss banking
Experience with international markets a plus
Fluent in French and English. German is a plus
