HR Learning and Development Business Partner

£35,000 - £40,000

Location: Romford

An exciting oppourtinity has asrisen for an individual to join a huge life and pensions compnay based in romford.

The Role:

To support the objectives of the business and the development of the Training Plan by working with the relevant stakeholders to agree learning and development requirements at an holistic level. Then to Identify and complete training needs analysis at function or individual level, develop and deliver learning and development programme and co-ordinate activities. experience working within the life and pensions sector is a huge bonus.

Role Overview:

* Develop and deliver learning and development programmes to meet the needs, as identified and defined/ requested by the business and as reflected in the Training Plan.
* Offer a high level of advisory/consultative advice to managers across the business.
* Proactively endeavor to ensure that the Training Plan and agreed amendments to it are aligned to the ongoing improvement of competency within IBS the competencies of the organisation to the development and delivery of the training provision.
* Create/manage appropriate training evaluation and measurement for training provided.
* Design, develop and deliver appropriate learning and development solutions as identified within the business.
* To review and approve offshore training plans to ensure that these are aligned to onshore training objectives as set out in the Training Plan
