HR Controller - Data & Workforce Analytics

Our client is an international company.
Monitor and analyze HR-related costs (e.g., payroll, benefits, headcount) and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, turnover, absenteeism, and compensation trends.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure data integrity across HRIS and financial systems; lead data audits and reconciliation efforts.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and trends.
Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies through accurate reporting and documentation.
Analyze and control HR-related costs
Ensure data accuracy and compliance
Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR controlling, workforce analytics, or financial planning within an HR context.
Strong command of Excel and HRIS/reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Workday, Power BI).
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
