Our client, a leading Global Investment Bank are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their HR Operations team on a temporary basis. This team is responsible for the relationship with their outsourced HR Shared Services Centre and the management of HR processes spread across the Globe.

The successful candidate will undertake an manage each process transfer through all stages from an initial impact analysis to go live implementation. You will be responsible to project manage any process that are elected to be outsourced as well managing some internal HR initiatives.

Candidate requirements

* Communicate across all levels of the organisation including key business sponsors, management and with external service providers.
* In-depth understanding and application of project management methodologies across the entire delivery lifecycle.
* Undertake the Business Analyst role within the project to identify and propose solutions for any area of the project including the operational procedures, or business processes or the IT application.
* A process improvement mind - able to analyse a process in detail and propose improvements and efficiencies
* Proven track record of managing change project management from start to finish within HR and ideally the Investment Banking industry
* Demonstrate a proven record of outsourcing processes to third party vendors.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
