Our client is a renowned financial institution.
Provide high-quality service to both existing and prospective investors, as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries.
Coordinate the investor account opening process by acting as a liaison between investors and/or their representatives, internal teams, and external transfer agency providers.
Manage and oversee the onboarding of new investors, including the preparation, negotiation, and execution of legal agreements, along with the completion of AML due diligence.
Input, update, and maintain investor records and account details within the internal CRM system.
Track and manage investor dealing activities, ensuring proper oversight and compliance.
Supervise the calculation and payment process of distribution fees to financial intermediaries.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of external service providers, with a focus on adherence to key regulatory and operational requirements applicable to Luxembourg SICAVs.
Design, produce, and maintain reports and dashboards leveraging investor data from internal and external sources to support business insights.

2 to 4 years of experience in an asset management company with experience of Luxembourg funds, in a transfer agency oversight and/or investor support function.
Fluent in English.
