Overview:

Our (Anti-Financial Crime) AFC team is responsible for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.



As a Financial Crime Training Project Manager, you'll report to the Workstream Lead AFC Target Operating Model, and be responsible for performing activities across the project including analysing, capturing and evolving requirements for the skills assessment.



Key Responsibilities:

* Developing AFC skills assessment framework ensuring compatibility with Deutsche Bank (DB) workforce management frameworks, tools and processes
* Defining the core skills requirements for AFC roles
* Identifying and socialising requirements with regards to the AFC target operating model
* Designing AFC Skills Assessment processes, with governance and robust controls
* Working with Human Resources (HR) DB Perform team to develop the AFC Skills Assessment template in the DB Perform tool
* Collaborating with HR Business partners and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (CRegO) Education team to ensure results of skills assessment inform individual development activity and global training needs analysis plus resulting internal education calendar
* Socialising and obtaining sign offs on requirements and processes
* Supporting Project Working Group and SteerCo
* Reporting on project progress and escalating risks or issues to senior management as appropriate in a timely manner
* Ensuring ongoing alignment with other inter-dependent projects and initiatives across the programme
* Ensuring that all projects are run in accordance with AFC Project governance standards and methodologies



Skills & Qualifications:

* Proven track record of defining and designing skills assessment frameworks, processes and tools
* Working knowledge of Training Needs Analysis from individual through to global level
* Flexible and adaptable, with an ability and desire to work on both transformation and business as usual activities
* Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities, working under pressure and within tight deadlines with no loss of accuracy
* Experience of working in an agile delivery approach
* Proven ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders
* Excellent process mapping skills using Visio and documenting key operating procedures
* Highly skilled in structured thinking, analysis and problem solving techniques
* Must have banking experience
* Experience of project management disciplines
