Do you have experience of mortgages, investments or pensions?

A small, friendly financial services business is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team. There is an opportunity to develop a career in financial services and learn from a team of experts who are local leaders in their field.

Responsibilities will include:

* Liaising with clients and providers
* Supporting advisers to prepare for meetings
* Assisting with written reviews
* Providing administrative support to mortgage advisors
* Assisting with researching, preparing and writing suitability reports
* Updating back office systems
* Writing client and provider letters from scratch

The successful candidate will:

* Be client focused, with a warm telephone manner
* Have at least 2 years administrative experience
* Have specific experience of pensions, investments and mortgages
* Have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including intermediate Excel skills
* Be able to work on their own initiative
