For our client a discreet, family-owned office based in central Geneva, we are currently looking for a qualified accountant perfectly fluent in English.<

Responsabilities :<

>Manage day-to-day accounting for multiple family-owned entities
<
><
>Lead financial accounting and audit preparation across jurisdictions
<
><
>Oversee cash management and maintain relationships with banks and external advisors
<
><
>Support operational activities including property maintenance and rentals
<
><
>Produce weekly reports on cash, assets, and operations
<
><
>Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for the principal
<
><
>Maintain and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting systems
<
><
>Assist with asset management (real estate, personal assets, insurance, tax)
<
><
>Identify and monitor financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks
<
><
>Participate in compliance-related matters and regulatory updates

To expand the finance team

Experience:

<
><
>Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
<
><
>Exposure to tax, trust accounting, and compliance is a plus
<
><
>Experience in a family office environment is an advantage, but not essential
<
><
>Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent), ideally with Big Four experience
Active in Continuing Professional Education (CPE) to stay current with accounting standards and regulations
