Our client is a company within the financial sector

For senior mangers, you will be in charge of :

- travel organization

- expenses reports

- visa requests

- meetings/board meetings planning and organization

- lunch & events planning and organization

- incoming calls for your team

- event coordination and organization

- various administrative duties : correspondences, reports, proofreading

Previous experience in a simlar role (min 5 y) and fluency in ENG (C1/C2)

A fast paced international environment

- max 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with senior management and executive level

- a background in the hospitality industry (4* & 5* hotels) is an advantage also

- strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

- diligence and competence in the work, integrity and team spirit

- a self-driven person, you are multitasking and meticulous

- a hard worker feeling at ease to work within a demanding environment

- proactive and ready to adapt

- native/bilingual both in French and English

- a third language would be an advantage
