Our client is a local, high-end hospitality company renowned in Switzerland and internationally for its excellence.
The Director of Finance position consists in the following : <

>- Manage and develop a finance and purchasing team of 6 professionals<
><
>- Oversee monthly financial reporting, performance analysis, and budget control for both entities<
><
>- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and shareholders<
><
>- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and deadlines<
><
>- Collaborate closely with the General Manager (locally) and Group CFO (internationally)<
><
>- Ensure clear and timely reporting to the board and executive leadership<
><
>
Core strategic role within the company
Operationally integrated position with cross-departmental impact
The candidates for the Director of Finance position should present the following profile : <

>- Qualified accountant with a recognised certification or degree in finance, accounting, or business administration<
><
>- Proven experience in luxury hospitality<
><
>- Familiarity with Swiss financial regulations and hospitality standards- Fluent English and French<
><
>- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing finance teams
