For one of our clients, a technological service provider, based in Lausanne
You are responsible for:<

>Participating actively in producing and presenting results to the operations<
><
>Enabling modernization and transformation of the financial tools in place<
><
>Contributing to a better understanding of the business results and contribute to business transformation<
><
>Leading projects based on Swiss needs as well as initiatives coming from Group (e.g. automation of processes, implementation of tools, simplification by use of AI, prepare change of ERP)<
><
>Interacting with the various internal stakeholders in Switzerland in order to measure performance and assure achieving annual targetsAs a Controller:<
><
>You are part of the Swiss Controlling team<
><
>You are a committed, team-oriented and stress-resistant personality<
><
>You have a "hands-on mentality"<
><
>You are a change agent and push the digital transformation within the finance organization and beyond<
><
>You are open-minded, curious and show a positive spirit<

>You work closely with the members of the accounting team<

>Qualifications: For this role, you must:<

>Have a degree in business administration with focus on accounting/finance and/or IT<
><
>Have at least 3 years' experience as a controller or financial analyst<
><
>Have experience in Business Intelligence, in particular Power BI<
><
>Be familiar with digitalization projects, in finance and/or operations<
><
>Have strong language skills in English and French or German
