Drive the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of Tagetik as the company's primary Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tool.
Support FP&A activities, including financial consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Lead system enhancements and automation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of Tagetik with ERP and BI tools.
Develop and improve financial reporting and dashboards for senior management, providing insights into key business drivers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations) to enhance data governance, streamline financial processes, and ensure data integrity.
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for CPM systems, training and supporting internal stakeholders on best practices.
Support the digital transformation of financial planning & reporting, aligning systems and tools with business needs.
Participate in ad-hoc analysis and projects related to corporate performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Drive financial reporting innovation
6-7+ years of experience in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and system implementation.
Strong expertise in Tagetik (implementation, administration, and enhancement experience required).
Proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP, or similar).
Experience with ERP systems and financial data consolidation processes.
Strong analytical skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into clear insights for business leaders.
Fluency in English is required; German and/or French is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field.
