As a Wealth Management generalist, the Team Coordinator of the Client Service Officers (CSO) supervises a CSO team under his/her responsibility. The team works with the Europe Zone of the Wealth Management Division.
It supports several Relationship Managers (RM) in the administrative and operational management of their clientele portfolios.
The CSO hold a key relationship position and contribute to the quality of the Bank's image. They act as a link between the operational departments of the Bank, the employees and the clients.
They master the bank?s operations, its organisation and contribute to the strict application of the conformity and deontology rules, and to the control of the financial, counterpart and operational risks.
The Team Coordinator is managing all the organization of the CSO team's activity to deliver an optimum support to the Relationship Managers of the Zone.
He/She is managing the CSO team, allocating the tasks and missions, ensuring the periodic reporting about activities, dealing with any issue an the desk and supervising the assessment of the CSO.
He/She is also providing direct support to Relationship Managers working on Spanish speaking countries, therefore Spanish is mandatory for this role.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage a team of CSO under his/her responsibility, provide guidance and assistance to the team, supervise and ensure the quality of delivered service, keep the team highly motivated and focused, deal with the absence management

Suggest and deliver continuous improvement policy regarding processes, administrative tasks, in order to maximize the team efficiency

Ensure that his/her team respects the procedures and follows the instructions and ensures the appropriate controls
 
Deal with annual performance reviews and set the individual objectives of every team member

Manages client accounts, register the orders (purchases and sales of securities, transfers, check-cashing, cash control, renewal of fiduciary deposits, etc.) and verifies their good execution.
Ensures the link between the client and the operational departments of the bank.
Support Relationship Managers in their own mission

Masters the mechanisms and internal procedures of the bank

Build and maintain quality relationships with the clients (both external and internal).

3-5 years of experience in a similar function, or in an Assistant role,
General banking knowledge required,
A first experience in management is a good asset

Professional maturity or University degree.
