Our client is a leading European technology platform and trusted advisor in the fields of Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Network Infrastructure. Headquartered in the Zug region, the organisation is growing rapidly and expanding its Group Finance function.
Reporting to the Head of Group Consolidation, you will play a central role in the delivery of consolidated financial statements, group reporting, and the further development of the Tagetik system. Your key responsibilities include:
Group Consolidation: Prepare consolidated financials across multiple legal entities using Tagetik, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Management Reporting: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Tagetik System Support: Act as a key user and coordinator for Tagetik, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting improvements in close collaboration with Finance and IT.
System Optimisation Projects: Contribute to the ongoing remodelling and automation of consolidation and reporting processes within Tagetik.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure data quality and support external audits by providing relevant system-based documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional finance teams to align reporting structures and enhance group-wide data consistency.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Solid professional experience in Group Reporting / Consolidation, ideally in a multinational setting
Hands-on experience with Tagetik or similar consolidation systems (e.g. OneStream, SAP BPC, Hyperion)
Analytical thinker with strong Excel skills and process-driven mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
