Our client is an international group of the education and training industry based in Geneva.
The Group CFO is expected to handle the following : - Strategy <
><
>Define and execute the financial strategy to align with the structure's mission, vision, and objectives. <
><
>Collaborate with managing directors and the Executive Committee to provide actionable financial insights and strategic guidance.<
><
>Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning to support organizational goals and maintainfinancial health.- Financial operations<
><
>Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax compliance, across 3 countries.<
><
>Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly shareholder financial reports, annual financial statements, and audit processes.<
><
>Establish and enforce robust internal controls and processes to safeguard organisational assets.<
><
>Manage cash flow and liquidity.- Risk management & compliance <
><
>Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements in eachjurisdiction.<
><
>Partner with legal & tax advisors and local teams to manage audits.- Team leadership <
><
>Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team of 25 across Europe.<
><
>

>- Master degree in relevant business field and equivalent prior work experience and training<
><
>- Experience in audit<
><
>- Organised and detailed oriented<
><
>- Fluent in English - French or Spanish are a plus<

>- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
