Our client is looking for a Branch Operations Analyst (mission of 6 months as a temporary worker). Our client is a famous international bank located in Kirchberg.

As Branch Operations Analyst you are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all types of payments including processing of physical cash/valuables, as well as the handling of cash related investigations.
This includes the processing of time-critical, complex transactions on behalf of the Bank's internal and external clients, cash-related investigations involving enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders on cash payments before and after execution. It often involves time critical, potentially complex or in some cases regulated tasks including interaction with internal and external stakeholders.You undertake the complete and accurate capturing of payment transactions including physical cash/valuables transactions, ensuring that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines. In addition, the Operator should ensure that procedures are properly executed to reduce processing risk and identify potential areas for process improvement whether internally within the Bank or for our clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

As a Branch Operations Analyst you are responsible to undertake operational and transaction based tasks for our corporate clients on all payment related matters.
You may also be in charge for the design, implementing and performing new controls, global initiaives, platform changes, reports, KPI's and KRI's.
You take ownership for back office tasks/processes to ensure accurate, complete, and timely capturing within teams and across the bank (cross-diversional).

Requirements to access this function:

Ideally you have a Bachelor/Master in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
Or you have completed a certified banking training (ie.: IHK Bankkaufmann) and gained first level of expierence (min. 3 years) within a back / middle office, control or project team.

Knowledge / Technical Skills (Hard Skills):Comprehensive knowledge of banking products (i.e. Cash, MM, FX, Derivates, Loans, etc.).
Expierenced user in Microsoft Office.
First expierences with one of the following systems may be classified as an advantage: Avaloq, Kondor+, DSKosinus.
Project management skills will be considered as an additional asset
