DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a resourceful Administration Assistant for a permanent position on behalf of a leading insurance organisation.

You will be contributing to the smooth running of the operations department with duties to include scanning and emailing documents, professional letter writing, producing confirmation of covers and endorsements, general filing and other ad hoc tasks.



REQUIREMENTS:

* Great administrative experience from an insurance/financial services environment.
* Understanding of FCA legislation
* Experience of writing letters from scratch
* You will also need to possess good typing skills, excellent IT and numeracy skills, strong organisation skills, and have the ability to work well to deadlines.
