Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring proper recording of all costs, reviewing journal entries, reconciling account balances, and preparing reports (HFM)
Supervise a team of General Accountants and Accounts Payable staff, providing motivation and support to fulfill their responsibilities
Actively review and offer recommendations for financial and accounting processes
Develop and communicate cash flow planning strategies
Participate in strategic financial projects, including ERP upgrades and implementation (D365 Business Central)
Ensure compliance with internal control policies, IFRS standards, and local GAAP
Collaborate with external auditors to achieve successful audits and ensure compliance
Assist in compiling information for tax returns and ensure timely submission
Contribute to the setup of new entities
Oversee the implementation of the Transfer Pricing Policy
Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and operational strategies, including process and system changes
Improve system efficiencies and enhance business practices
Provide support to the Head of Finance

Advanced education with a university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing within an international setting, with around 2 years in a similar role
Proven leadership and communication abilities, with strong skills in listening, liaising, and collaborating effectively with others
Excellent analytical skills and in-depth technical knowledge of IFRS
Extensive experience with accounting software, preferably D365 Microsoft Dynamics or Dynamics D365 Business Central, and reporting systems like HFM
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
A precise, detail-oriented approach paired with a capacity to maintain a
oad perspective
High level of integrity and ethical standards
Strong team player with a deep understanding of complex team dynamics
Adaptable to a fast-paced, multicultural, and constantly evolving environment
Quick to assess situations and make resourceful, effective decisions
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
